“Whatever it is, stop trying to figure it out now. Let it remain unresolved a little while. Stop trying to fast-forward to the ‘answer’ scene in the movie of your life; trust the present scene of ‘no answer yet’. Allow the question itself space to breathe and be fertilized. Relax into the mysterious ground of Now.”

 – Jeff Foster

How can we find the calm in the midst of the storm of life?

How can we find an effortless “yes” to the present moment?

How can we rest deeply, even as our hearts break open and our dreams turn to dust?

How can we stay present and truthful even in the midst of the mess of intimate human relationships?

How can we stop running away from our pain, our grief, our exhaustion, our failure, even our longing for awakening and enlightenment, and start embracing ourselves exactly as we are?

How can we find the wanted in the unwanted, and light in the darkest places?

Join UK author/teacher Jeff Foster for a day of laughter and tears, a day of remembering who you truly are beyond your thoughts; a day of talks, restful meditative silence, exploring feelings, and intimate dialogues, a day of seeing your struggle, your fears, your suffering in a fresh new light; a day of resting deeply, and letting go of the exhausting search for ‘something more’. A day of falling in love with where you are

“The more you try to fix it, the more you reinforce the belief that it’s broken.”

This simple understanding will save your life.

– Jeff Foster

We try so hard to control and understand life, to fit in, to succeed, to be good, to be ‘spiritual’, to reach our goals. We try so hard to be perfect, to be happy, even to be enlightened or awakened, and often we can feel so far away from where we think we ‘should’ be, so far away from the embrace of Home. We may even end up feeling exhausted, fed up, disillusioned or depressed, sick of life and even sick of “spirituality”! We may long to rest deeply, but not know how…

Jeff shares an ancient invitation: to wake up and remember who you truly are beyond your thoughts and feelings, to slow down, reconnect with your presence and the aliveness of your body, and experience what is here and now. Through talks, guided meditations, intimate dialogues, laughter, tears and silence, Jeff will invite us in his own unique way to take a fresh look at our present experience and discover the ocean of who we really are: an open and loving non-dual awareness that has already allowed every wave of thought and emotion to arrive. This is the ‘deepest acceptance’ – and it is our birthright.

Candid, thoughtful, humorous – and deeply compassionate toward those searching for a way out of suffering – Jeff inspires us to stop trying to ‘do’ acceptance and start falling in love with ‘what has already been allowed’. His simple, accessible and direct teachings point us back to who we really are in this moment – already perfect, whole and free, and worthy of great love.

Silence, laughter, lightness and a sense of real intimacy, honesty and friendship are the hallmarks of encounters with Jeff. His meetings are very spontaneous and informal, and there are plenty of opportunities to share and ask questions, if you are so moved.

We look forward to seeing you there!

“With unshakable patience and softness, Jeff approaches all questions with a completely un-rushed and peaceful style, always searching to find the most skillful words that can capture his thought and best be conveyed. In truth, Jeff’s teachings are alive…” – W.R.

“Jeff’s message is a relief for seekers who are tired of chasing dreams, and a true calling to re-examine what’s present in our lives and find out if we don’t already have exactly what we are looking for.” – P.L

“Instead of seeing some things or people as being more special than others, or seeing himself as a teacher somehow above the pains and pleasures of life, he addresses the humanity in all of us…” – Non-Duality Press

Jeff Foster studied Astrophysics at Cambridge University. In his mid-twenties, after a long period of depression and illness, he became addicted to the idea of ‘spiritual enlightenment’ and embarked on an intensive spiritual quest for the ultimate truth of existence.

bookcover-Julian - websiteThe spiritual search came crashing down with the clear recognition of the non-dual nature of everything, and the discovery of the extraordinary in the ordinary. In the clarity of this seeing, life became what it always was: intimate, open, loving and spontaneous, and Jeff was left with a deep understanding of the root illusion behind all human suffering, and a love of the present moment.

Jeff was voted #59 on Watkins Review’s 2014 list of the world’s 100 Most Spiritually Influential Living People. Jeff has published five books in over six languages. His latest book Falling in Love With Where You Are is now available from Non-Duality Press:
