Jeff Foster will invite you to a paradigm shift in your understanding of awakening and healing. He will explain why healing is not a destination or a goal, but an ever-present reality. And why you are already enlightened, even if you don’t believe that. And why even your doubts and fears contain great intelligence.

He will invite you to stop trying to perfect yourself, heal yourself, fix yourself, even awaken yourself; to let go of letting go, to surrender your attempts to surrender; to stop trying to fast-forward the movie of your life, and to slow down, to breathe, to rest in presence, to trust, to savour the present scene.

It gets so exhausting, doesn’t it, always trying to get there, chasing futures that never seem to arrive, living on second-hand promises? Jeff will invite you to bow deeply to yourself as you actually are, to align with Now.

In other words, you are perfect exactly as you are  even in your imperfection!

Through heartfelt talks, intimate dialogues, guided meditations and restful silences, Jeff will guide us in his own unique, compassionate, humorous way back to the Home we never left  the present moment. He will hold a safe, loving, agenda-free space where even the most intense thoughts and feelings can be welcomed, and we can remember our original wholeness.

You don’t need to have attended one of Jeff’s previous talks to attend this one. All are welcome.
