SUNDAY THEME: “THERAPY, HEALING & DEPRESSION”
“True healing has nothing to do with ‘you’. It reveals itself when ‘you’ – the apparent controller of life, the one who thinks they know all the answers – get out of the way, and the vast, incomprehensible intelligence energy that is life itself is allowed to move freely. True healing is prior to the healer and the healed. It is the absence of a separate ‘you’ – and this absence we could also call love.”
~ Jeff Foster
“We can view depression as a profound and very misunderstood state of deep rest, entered into when we are completely exhausted by the weight of our own identity. It is an unconscious loss of interest in our story. It is a profound call to let go of the old, and plunge into the new…”
~ Jeff Foster
Join Jeff Foster for this full-day meeting, in which we will explore the true meaning of depression and healing from a unique, awakened perspective. Whether you are struggling with your life and are looking for peace and space amidst the chaos of life, or you are a healer or therapist interested in meeting your clients in a new way, this meeting is for you.
This will be a day of talks, restful meditations, exploring feelings, and intimate dialogues on the theme of exhaustion, depression, healing and therapy. A journey pointing you back to the absence of ‘you’, and guiding you towards a more open and loving way of living and relating with yourself and with others. It’s a day to fall in love with where you are…
It is recommended to also watch the Saturday meeting “From Exhaustion to Surrender”, but it is not a prerequisite for the Sunday webcast.
“Thank you for a wonderful day… I loved every minute of it! … Love, and lightness, that’s what I felt! The weight has fallen away, the seriousness of spirituality is gone… Surrender is the recognition that it is already allowed to give up, to let go, to not handle pain and not handle life, to not to have to cling … You were the “personification” of that surrender, of that allowance!” – A.B.
