Technical requirements Live Stream
 
The best way to view our live streams is by using a computer or tablet. For Windows users the safest option is to have installed the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. Flash Player is freely available on the internet. To download, please click Get Flash player. Apple QuickTime is also supported on Mac’s with OS X Snow Leopard or later.

Watching the live stream on an Apple iPad is possible as well. For Android devices, please install Puffin web browser with Flash support from the Play Store, browse to this web site with Puffin and login.  

In addition an internet connection is required with a minimum download speed of 2 Mb/s. The faster your connection, the better the viewing results.

The following internet browsers are supported: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Opera or Chrome. Play it safe by installing the latest version of your favorite browser.

Cancellation terms – Please note carefully!
 
By transferring the registration fee you agree to the following cancellation terms:

  • In case of cancellation of your subscription to a live stream, you will receive an 80% refund, which is the full amount paid minus 20% administration costs per transaction.
  • If the cancellation is within 48 hours of the start of the meeting, 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded to you.
  • There is no (partial) refund when you cancel after the broadcast has begun, or in case of any technical problems with your hardware, software and/or internet connection during the broadcast, or until 30 days after the broadcast.
